Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.<\/p>\n
Drive sales and meet sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.<\/p>\n
Serve as a role model for the sales team by consistently demonstrating excellent customer service and sales techniques.<\/p>\n
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.<\/p>\n
Be knowledgeable about all product offerings and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and find resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management.<\/p>\n
Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed, including cash handling and opening\/closing procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and positive work environment.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.<\/p>\n
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Prior Sales Experience: A Sales Keyholder At Under Armor Should Have Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Make Sales.<\/p>\n

Strong Leadership Skills: As A Keyholder, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Supervising And Motivating A Team Of Sales Associates. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks And Provide Constructive Feedback.<\/p>\n

Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Under Armor Products, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Current Promotions. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Sell And Upsell To Customers.<\/p>\n
