Assist the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure the store’s success and achievement of sales targets.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Under Armor products, including features, benefits, and uses, to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.<\/p>\n
Train and motivate sales associates to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking to ensure products are always available for customers.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain visual merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.<\/p>\n
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.<\/p>\n
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly with the Store Manager and provide updates on store performance, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition.<\/p>\n
