Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store.<\/p>\n
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by all staff members.<\/p>\n
Create and implement strategies to drive sales performance and meet targets.<\/p>\n
Hire, train, and supervise a team of retail associates.<\/p>\n
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals and provide excellent customer service.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.<\/p>\n
Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other store supervisors and management to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to inform business decisions.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.<\/p>\n
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.<\/p>\n
Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong knowledge of Under Armor products.<\/p>\n
Work closely with upper management to develop and implement strategies for store growth and success.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
At Least 3-5 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In The Athletic Or Sportswear Industry.<\/p>\n

Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Train A Team To Meet Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Understanding Of Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Store Operations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
