Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment at the Under Armour store in Anthem.<\/p>\n
Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate and timely inventory updates in the system.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately and in accordance with company standards.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inventory checks to identify any discrepancies and work with management to resolve them.<\/p>\n
Assist customers with finding and selecting products, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.<\/p>\n
Monitor stock levels and communicate any inventory needs to management to ensure the store is appropriately stocked at all times.<\/p>\n
Utilize proper lifting and stocking techniques to ensure the safety of yourself and others while handling merchandise.<\/p>\n
Keep track of merchandise delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.<\/p>\n
Conduct periodic audits of merchandise to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues.<\/p>\n
Report any damaged or defective merchandise to management and follow proper procedures for handling returns.<\/p>\n
Maintain knowledge of all products and their features to assist customers with questions or concerns.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in stock management.<\/p>\n
