Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and answering any questions or concerns they may have.<\/p>\n
Drive sales by promoting and upselling Under Armour products and services to customers.<\/p>\n
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Under Armour products, including features, benefits, and usage.<\/p>\n
Create a positive shopping experience for customers by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.<\/p>\n
Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies to management.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and increase repeat business.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on current trends and product knowledge in the fitness and fashion industry to provide the best recommendations to customers.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and targets.<\/p>\n
Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, customer service standards, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.<\/p>\n
Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.<\/p>\n
