Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by actively engaging with them and addressing their needs and concerns.<\/p>\n
Promote and sell Under Armour products to customers, utilizing extensive knowledge of product features and benefits.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently upselling and cross-selling products.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.<\/p>\n
Continuously educate oneself on new products and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.<\/p>\n
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and create a positive work environment.<\/p>\n
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Follow company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention protocols.<\/p>\n
Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.<\/p>\n
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the Under Armour brand with integrity and passion.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and customer service skills through feedback and self-evaluation.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.<\/p>\n
