Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy for Under Armor, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Lead a team of architects to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business success through technology.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business leaders, and external partners, to understand business needs and identify technology solutions to address them.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and leverage them to continuously improve Under Armor’s technology landscape.<\/p>\n
Define and maintain technology standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.<\/p>\n
Oversee the evaluation and selection of technology vendors and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and value.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess the performance of existing systems and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage the enterprise architecture budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.<\/p>\n
Communicate complex technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.<\/p>\n
Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the enterprise architecture team.<\/p>\n
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to technology architecture, and proactively develop contingency plans.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure that all technology solutions are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Relevant Education And Experience: A Sr. Director Of Enterprise Architecture At Under Armor Should Have A Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field. They Should Also Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, Preferably In A Leadership Role.<\/p>\n

Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Enterprise Architects, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication, Decision-Making, And Project Management Skills.<\/p>\n

Expertise In Enterprise Architecture Principles And Best Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Such As Togaf, And A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Enterprise Architecture Strategies In Large Organizations.<\/p>\n
