Oversee daily operations of the La Reggia location, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling.<\/p>\n
Lead a team of sales associates and ensure they are providing exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience for all customers.<\/p>\n
Train and develop team members to effectively sell and promote Under Armor products, as well as educate them on the brand’s mission and values.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store goals.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.<\/p>\n
Create and implement employee incentive programs to motivate and reward team members for their performance.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and respect among team members.<\/p>\n
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the regional manager and other store managers to share best practices and achieve company-wide objectives.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.<\/p>\n
