Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.<\/p>\n
Drive sales and meet sales goals by utilizing product knowledge, suggestive selling techniques, and effective communication with customers.<\/p>\n
Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness to uphold the Under Armour brand image.<\/p>\n
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members to maintain a strong and knowledgeable team.<\/p>\n
Support the store manager in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.<\/p>\n
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve performance, provide feedback, and suggest solutions for improvement.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on new products, industry trends, and competition to remain knowledgeable about the Under Armour brand.<\/p>\n
Assist in organizing and executing store events and promotions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Under Armour brand.<\/p>\n
