Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Under Armor store at Bataviastad location.<\/p>\n
Ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently by monitoring inventory levels, maintaining visual standards, and managing customer service.<\/p>\n
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n
Train and develop new and existing staff on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and meet company goals.<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.<\/p>\n
Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track store performance, analyze sales data, and provide reports to the Store Manager.<\/p>\n
