Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance in selecting the right products.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Under Armor products and educate customers on their features and benefits.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals by actively promoting and selling products.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and well-stocked.<\/p>\n
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.<\/p>\n
Assist in receiving and restocking merchandise, as well as completing inventory tasks as assigned.<\/p>\n
Actively participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Strong Sales Experience: A Sales Teammate At Under Armor Should Possess A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In Retail Or Sports Apparel. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.<\/p>\n
