Oversee and manage daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations, including maintaining proper records and handling of controlled substances.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high quality and safe dispensing of medications.<\/p>\n
Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and patient care.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely filling of prescriptions.<\/p>\n
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to pharmacy staff.<\/p>\n
