Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer service.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and ordering of medications and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.<\/p>\n
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and increase efficiency in the pharmacy.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.<\/p>\n
