Lead and supervise team members during designated shift to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work culture.<\/p>\n
Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.<\/p>\n
Set and maintain high standards for store presentation and cleanliness.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are consistently stocked and available for customers.<\/p>\n
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Create and implement efficient and effective work schedules for team members.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with management to develop and implement store policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Motivate and encourage team members to meet and exceed sales goals.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.<\/p>\n
Identify and address any operational or staffing issues during designated shift.<\/p>\n
