Dispensing Medications: Accurately and efficiently dispense medications to patients, following all safety protocols and procedures.<\/p>\n
Assisting Pharmacists: Support pharmacists in their daily tasks, such as preparing and labeling medications, managing inventory, and processing insurance claims.<\/p>\n
Providing Excellent Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions and addressing any concerns they may have.<\/p>\n
Ensuring Compliance: Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations, including proper handling and storage of medications.<\/p>\n
Maintaining Patient Records: Keep accurate and confidential records of patient information, prescriptions, and transactions.<\/p>\n
Collaborating with Healthcare Providers: Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure patient safety.<\/p>\n
Troubleshooting: Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to medication dispensing, insurance claims, and customer inquiries.<\/p>\n
