Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy department at our Walgreens location.<\/p>\n
Ensure the pharmacy is fully compliant with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote the pharmacy and its services.<\/p>\n
Lead and motivate a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.<\/p>\n
Create and implement strategies to increase pharmacy sales and achieve financial targets.<\/p>\n
