Curate a diverse and exciting selection of products for the Celebration and Party department at Walgreens.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in party supplies and decorations to ensure our product offerings are current and appealing to customers.<\/p>\n
Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible products at competitive prices.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify popular products and make informed purchasing decisions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and visual merchandising to develop effective strategies for promoting and displaying party products in stores.<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of popular products and prevent overstocking of slow-moving items.<\/p>\n
Utilize customer feedback and market trends to continually improve and expand our party product offerings.<\/p>\n
Train and educate store associates on new and popular party products to ensure they can effectively assist customers.<\/p>\n
Maintain a strong understanding of the party industry and stay informed about competitors’ products and pricing.<\/p>\n
Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.<\/p>\n
Continuously analyze sales and make adjustments to product assortment and pricing to maximize profitability.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other Category Managers to ensure a cohesive and complementary product assortment across departments.<\/p>\n
Attend industry events and trade shows to source new products and identify potential partnerships.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and passion for creating memorable celebrations and parties.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
