Supervising Team Members: As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of team members during your assigned shift. This includes providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately.<\/p>\n
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all customers have a positive and satisfying experience at Walgreens.
