Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate beauty and wellness products.<\/p>\n
Educate customers on the benefits and uses of our beauty and wellness products, including ingredients, application techniques, and potential results.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty and wellness trends, products, and techniques in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing beauty and wellness department.<\/p>\n
Engage with customers to build relationships and promote customer loyalty.<\/p>\n
Meet sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.<\/p>\n
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized beauty and wellness department, including restocking shelves and product displays.<\/p>\n
Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve knowledge and expertise.<\/p>\n
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
