Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, including dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacy operations, with a focus on meeting customer needs and increasing profitability.<\/p>\n
Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pharmacy operations, and ensure that the pharmacy is in compliance with all state and federal laws.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and human resources, to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and policies.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as prescription volume, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction, and take appropriate action to address any issues.<\/p>\n
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and other issues in a timely and professional manner, and work to resolve any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and reviews of pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers and staff.<\/p>\n
