Supervise and lead a team of pharmacy and retail staff members during assigned shifts.<\/p>\n
Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and presentable at all times.<\/p>\n
Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.<\/p>\n
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.<\/p>\n
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.<\/p>\n
Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services offered by Walgreens.<\/p>\n
Oversee cash management and register operations, ensuring accuracy and security.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other shift leads and store management to improve processes and achieve sales targets.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale.<\/p>\n
Implement and enforce compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.<\/p>\n
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and ordering merchandise.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular store walks to identify and resolve any issues or areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.<\/p>\n
