Act as the primary point of contact for all license compliance inquiries and concerns from customers in the France market<\/p>\n
Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Autodesk’s software products and licensing agreements<\/p>\n
Proactively identify potential compliance issues and work with customers to resolve them in a timely and effective manner<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits to ensure customers are in compliance with their licensing agreements<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to ensure compliance processes and procedures are followed<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and compliance status<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention<\/p>\n
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in software licensing regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations<\/p>\n
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management as needed<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve and streamline compliance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
