Oversee daily operations of the store: The Shift Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly on a daily basis. This includes managing inventory, handling customer complaints, and addressing any operational issues that may arise.<\/p>\n
Lead and support a team: The Shift Lead will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of employees. This includes training, scheduling, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the team is working together effectively.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service: The Shift Lead will be expected to uphold the company’s standards of providing excellent customer service. This includes handling customer inquiries and concerns, as well as finding solutions to any issues that may arise.<\/p>\n
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness: The Shift Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. This includes overseeing daily cleaning tasks and addressing any maintenance issues.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures: The Shift Lead will be expected to ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures. This includes enforcing dress code, cash handling procedures, and any other company guidelines.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on sales and inventory: The Shift Lead will be responsible for monitoring sales and inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to management. This includes conducting regular inventory counts and making necessary adjustments to ensure accurate records.<\/p>\n
Handle cash management: The Shift Lead will be responsible for handling cash transactions, including opening and closing the cash register, counting and reconciling cash, and making bank deposits.<\/p>\n

This includes identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and feedback to help team members grow in their roles.<\/p>\n
