Oversee and train junior pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks.<\/p>\n
Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.<\/p>\n
Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness, and collaborate with pharmacists to resolve any discrepancies.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly functioning and all supplies are well-stocked.<\/p>\n
Utilize computer systems to accurately input and retrieve patient and prescription information, and process insurance claims.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with changes in pharmacy practices, laws, and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.<\/p>\n
Assist in the resolution of any customer complaints or inquiries, striving to maintain a positive and professional image of the pharmacy.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht) – The Candidate Should Have A Valid Cpht Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb).<\/p>\n

Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Pharmacy Setting – The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Retail Pharmacy, Preferably At Walgreens.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations And Regulations – The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Pharmacy Laws, Regulations, And Procedures To Ensure Compliance And Quality Service.<\/p>\n
