Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispensed medications and patient information.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure the best possible patient care.<\/p>\n
Stay informed and up-to-date on new medications, treatments, and healthcare developments to provide the most current and accurate information to customers.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and handling of medications.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.<\/p>\n
Assist in training and mentoring pharmacy technicians and other staff members.<\/p>\n
Participate in inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and review prescriptions for potential errors or interactions.<\/p>\n
Handle and resolve any insurance or billing issues related to medication dispensing.<\/p>\n
Adhere to state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice.<\/p>\n
