Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements and implement new features and enhancements.<\/p>\n
Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and best practices.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members to improve code quality and maintain consistency.<\/p>\n
