Hire, train, and manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and successful overall business strategy.<\/p>\n
Maintain relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers and negotiate pricing to keep costs down and maximize profitability.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, and implement changes to improve pharmacy operations.<\/p>\n
Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
