Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the safe and effective use of medications for patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track medication inventory levels, ordering and restocking as needed.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Stay informed about new medications, drug therapies, and pharmaceutical developments in order to provide the best care for patients.<\/p>\n
Participate in the implementation of new pharmacy programs and services to improve patient care and outcomes.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy, including HIPAA compliance.<\/p>\n
Train and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and efficient medication dispensing and patient care.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy management plans for patients with chronic conditions.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and disposal of medications.<\/p>\n
