Lead the development and design of user interfaces for Autodesk software products.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing UI designs.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement UI standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all Autodesk products.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UI design and incorporate them into our products.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements to the UI.<\/p>\n
Mentor and guide junior engineers in UI development best practices and techniques.<\/p>\n
