Oversee the daily operations of the store during designated shifts.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all Walgreens policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.<\/p>\n
Assist with inventory management and ordering products as needed.<\/p>\n
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.<\/p>\n
Motivate and encourage team members to meet and exceed sales goals.<\/p>\n
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among team members.<\/p>\n
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety and security protocols.<\/p>\n
Handle any other duties as assigned by store management.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Previous Retail Experience: A Shift Lead At Walgreens Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Experience Demonstrates An Understanding Of Customer Service, Inventory Management, And Cash Handling.<\/p>\n

Strong Communication Skills: As A Shift Lead, One Must Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Managers, And Customers. This Includes Being Able To Provide Clear Instructions, Resolve Conflicts, And Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints.<\/p>\n

Leadership Abilities: A Shift Lead Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team. This Includes Delegating Tasks, Providing Guidance, And Setting A Positive Example For Team Members.<\/p>\n

Organizational Skills: With Multiple Responsibilities, A Shift Lead Must Be Well-Organized And Able To Prioritize Tasks To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Store. This Includes Managing Inventory, Scheduling, And Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies And Procedures.<\/p>\n
