Design and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes using the latest technological advancements.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in our current manufacturing processes and develop solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.<\/p>\n
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify any potential issues or bottlenecks.<\/p>\n
Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n
Evaluate and recommend new equipment, tools, and technology to improve production capabilities and optimize resource utilization.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement training programs for production staff on new processes, equipment, and technology.<\/p>\n
Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide technical expertise and insights on production engineering matters.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to manufacturing processes and ensure compliance.<\/p>\n
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment and negotiate favorable terms.<\/p>\n
Actively participate in the development and execution of company-wide initiatives to promote innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.<\/p>\n
Provide support and guidance to junior production engineers and other team members as needed.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Cad Software, Specifically Autodesk Products Such As Autocad And Inventor<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.<\/p>\n
