Maintain store cleanliness and organization: Keep the store clean and organized at all times to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers. This includes regularly restocking merchandise, cleaning displays and fitting rooms, and maintaining overall store appearance.<\/p>\n
Assist with inventory management: Help with receiving and processing new merchandise, as well as ensuring accurate inventory levels. This includes tagging and labeling merchandise, conducting inventory audits, and accurately recording and reporting inventory data.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service: Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries or needs they may have. This includes helping with locating products, answering questions about store policies, and resolving any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Support store operations: Assist with the opening and closing of the store, as well as handling cash transactions, maintaining the cash register, and completing daily paperwork. Coordinate with other associates and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.<\/p>\n
Uphold company policies and procedures: Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. This includes adhering to security protocols, handling customer information with confidentiality, and following safety guidelines.<\/p>\n
