Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including but not limited to processing inventory, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.<\/p>\n
Work closely with store management to ensure all operational procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Assist in setting up and taking down merchandise displays and signage according to company standards.<\/p>\n
Perform routine store tasks such as restocking shelves, processing returns, and completing transactions at the register.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandised to meet customer needs.<\/p>\n
Facilitate efficient and timely shipping and receiving processes by accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety protocols, dress code, and attendance guidelines.<\/p>\n
