Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and merchandising displays.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations, including opening and closing procedures.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.<\/p>\n
Assist in receiving and processing new merchandise shipments.<\/p>\n
Complete tasks assigned by management, including but not limited to, price changes, markdowns, and setting up promotions.<\/p>\n
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively assist customers.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve knowledge of products and services offered by JCPenney.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.<\/p>\n
