Assist senior designers in various hair styling services, such as cutting, coloring, and styling.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming clients to the salon.<\/p>\n
Learn and adhere to salon standards and procedures for cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.<\/p>\n
Attend and participate in training sessions to develop skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.<\/p>\n
Assist with maintaining inventory and stocking supplies as needed.<\/p>\n
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with senior designers to create and execute unique and personalized hair designs for clients.<\/p>\n
Assist with promoting salon services and products to clients.<\/p>\n
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.<\/p>\n
Follow company policies and procedures, including but not limited to punctuality, attendance, and dress code.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve and enhance skills and knowledge in the beauty industry.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.<\/p>\n
