Provide excellent customer service to clients by greeting them warmly and making them feel welcome in our salon.<\/p>\n
Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and products.<\/p>\n
Perform a variety of hair services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on current hair trends, techniques, and products in order to provide clients with the latest and most innovative services.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work station, and follow all salon sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a healthy and safe environment for clients and staff.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and actively promote our salon and services to attract new clients.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other stylists and team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed sales and service goals, and actively participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive business and increase revenue.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth, and actively participate in training and education programs offered by the salon.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all JCPenney policies and procedures, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics in all interactions with clients and colleagues.<\/p>\n
