Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders and address any potential issues or concerns.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with various departments (e.g. store associates, online customer service team) to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all channels.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of JCPenney’s products, services, and promotions to effectively recommend and upsell to customers.<\/p>\n
Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
