Oversee and manage a team of customer service associates to ensure they provide exceptional service to every customer.<\/p>\n

Train and coach team members on customer service best practices and company policies.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers in the store.<\/p>\n

Set and review performance goals for team members and provide regular feedback and recognition.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.<\/p>\n
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and associates.<\/p>\n
Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for peak shopping periods.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture among team members.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company standards and compliance regulations.<\/p>\n
Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Retail Environment.<\/p>\n

Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members.<\/p>\n
