Perform a variety of esthetic services including but not limited to facials, waxing, and makeup application in a professional and timely manner.<\/p>\n
Consult with clients to determine their individual skin care needs and make appropriate recommendations for services and products.<\/p>\n
Educate clients on proper skin care routines and provide tips and advice for maintaining healthy skin.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and in working condition.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques in order to provide the best possible services to clients.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized care.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and selling JCPenney’s beauty and skin care products.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other salon team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.<\/p>\n
Schedule and manage appointments, handle client inquiries, and maintain accurate records of services provided.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients and team members.<\/p>\n
