Assist senior stylists with client consultations, assessments, and recommending appropriate services.<\/p>\n
Attend and participate in educational workshops and trainings to further develop skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work station and assist with general salon upkeep.<\/p>\n
Follow established salon procedures and protocols, including proper sanitation and safety measures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek feedback and guidance from senior stylists to improve skills and performance.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on current beauty and fashion trends and incorporate them into services and recommendations.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.<\/p>\n
Adhere to JCPenney’s brand standards and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.<\/p>\n
