Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability of the beauty department.<\/p>\n
Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of beauty department team members.<\/p>\n
Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers by providing exceptional service and product knowledge.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve department goals.<\/p>\n
Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing beauty department by managing inventory and product displays.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitors to ensure the beauty department remains competitive.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other department managers to create cross-selling opportunities and improve overall store performance.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with beauty vendors and negotiate pricing and promotions.<\/p>\n
