Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, equipment, and systems throughout the university campus.<\/p>\n
Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Conduct inspections and identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.<\/p>\n
Utilize various tools and equipment to complete maintenance and repair tasks.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and materials.<\/p>\n
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.<\/p>\n
Assist with special projects and renovations as needed.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and other university members to provide excellent customer service.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In General Maintenance And Repair Work, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Institutional Setting.<\/p>\n
