Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to further the mission and goals of the university<\/p>\n
Oversee all academic programs and ensure their alignment with university standards and values<\/p>\n
Lead and supervise faculty and staff members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth<\/p>\n
Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, promoting their academic, personal, and spiritual development<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other university departments and external partners to enhance the university’s reputation and resources<\/p>\n
Manage the university’s budget and resources effectively and ethically<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in higher education, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation<\/p>\n
