Develop and oversee career development programs and services for students at Asuza Pacific University.<\/p>\n
Provide one-on-one counseling and guidance to students on career planning, job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation.<\/p>\n
Conduct workshops and seminars on various career-related topics such as networking, professional branding, and career exploration.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to integrate career development into the curriculum.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and labor market information to provide relevant and current career advice to students.<\/p>\n
Utilize career assessment tools to assist students in identifying their strengths, interests, and values to inform their career decisions.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with employers to create internship and job opportunities for students.<\/p>\n
Lead and supervise a team of career counselors and support staff.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage budgets for career development programs and services.<\/p>\n
Track and report on career outcomes and success stories of students.<\/p>\n
Serve as a liaison between the university and alumni to facilitate networking and mentorship opportunities.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other university departments to plan and execute career fairs and other career-related events.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Master’s Degree In Counseling, Higher Education, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Career Development Theories And Practices.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Understanding Of Cultural Competency.<\/p>\n
