Provide academic support and guidance to students at Asuza Pacific University.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement programs and strategies to help students achieve their academic goals.<\/p>\n
Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to assess their academic needs and provide personalized support.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and address academic challenges faced by students.<\/p>\n
Maintain knowledge of university policies and procedures related to academic success.<\/p>\n
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide timely interventions as needed.<\/p>\n
Create and facilitate workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and other academic success strategies.<\/p>\n
Serve as a resource and referral point for students seeking academic assistance.<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly with students to provide updates and reminders related to academic support services.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.<\/p>\n
Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on best practices in academic support.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve academic support services based on student feedback and data.<\/p>\n
Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all interactions with students.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments and organizations to promote academic success and student retention.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Education, Counseling, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Academic Support Or Student Success Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Understanding Of Title V Programs And Regulations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Student Populations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Technology Platforms Used In Academic Support Services.<\/p>\n
