Lead and supervise a team of counselors and therapists to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services to the community.<\/p>\n
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to staff members to promote their professional growth and development.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the clinical department.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments and university leaders to maintain a cohesive and integrated approach to student care.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members to maintain a high level of performance and accountability.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with current industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to clinical counseling.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain accurate records, including client progress and staff performance, to ensure compliance with university and legal requirements.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the university’s values and promotes diversity and inclusion.<\/p>\n
Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the clinical team in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and university administration, communicating updates, concerns, and recommendations as needed.<\/p>\n
Attend regular meetings and trainings to stay informed about university policies and procedures, as well as any changes or updates.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external partners, such as community organizations or mental health agencies, to expand resources and services available to clients.<\/p>\n
Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with staff and clients.<\/p>\n
Promote a culture of compassion, empathy, and respect within the clinical team and the university community.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Master’s Degree In Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Mental Health Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Active And Unrestricted License As A Mental Health Professional (E.g. Lpc, Lcsw, Lmft).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Demonstrated Experience In Providing Clinical Supervision And Training To Mental Health Professionals.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Understanding Of Ethical And Legal Guidelines Related To Clinical Supervision And Mental Health Practice.<\/p>\n
