Lead and facilitate weekly worship services for the Asuza Pacific University community, including planning and coordinating music, choirs, and other elements of worship.<\/p>\n
Cultivate a team of volunteer musicians, vocalists, and technicians to create a dynamic and diverse worship experience.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement creative and innovative ways to engage the community in worship, utilizing a variety of musical styles and expressions.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of authenticity and vulnerability in worship, encouraging individuals to connect with God in a meaningful way.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other members of the spiritual life team to integrate worship into other campus events and programs.<\/p>\n
Provide mentorship and spiritual leadership to students involved in worship ministry.<\/p>\n
Maintain a strong understanding of biblical worship principles and incorporate them into all aspects of worship.<\/p>\n
Attend regular meetings with the spiritual life team and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Work with university administration to ensure that worship is aligned with the values and mission of Asuza Pacific University.<\/p>\n
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of the university community to participate and engage in worship.<\/p>\n
Use technology and social media to promote and enhance the worship experience for both on-campus and online participants.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Music, Worship Arts, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Leading Worship In A Church Or Ministry Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficient In Playing At Least One Instrument And Leading Congregational Singing.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Contemporary And Traditional Christian Worship Styles.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With A Team.<\/p>\n
