Develop and implement academic success initiatives to support graduate students in achieving their academic goals.<\/p>\n
Provide individualized academic support to graduate students, including tutoring, study skills development, and test-taking strategies.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify at-risk students and develop intervention plans.<\/p>\n
Conduct workshops and seminars to assist students in improving academic performance.<\/p>\n
Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to faculty and staff.<\/p>\n
Utilize data and feedback to continuously assess and improve academic support services.<\/p>\n
Communicate with students via email, phone, and in-person meetings to address academic concerns and provide guidance.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain resources and materials to support students’ academic success.<\/p>\n
Serve as a liaison between students and other campus resources, such as the Writing Center and Career Services.<\/p>\n
Stay current on graduate-level coursework and academic policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.<\/p>\n
Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to academic success.<\/p>\n
Assist with recruitment and retention efforts by promoting academic support services to prospective and current students.<\/p>\n
Act as an advocate for students and ensure they feel supported and valued within the university community.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other academic success specialists to share best practices and develop new initiatives.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the overall success of the university by participating in committees and other campus initiatives as needed.<\/p>\n

Master’s Degree In Counseling, Education, Or A Related Field<\/p>\n
