Develop and implement strategic plans for academic programs that align with the mission and vision of Azusa Pacific University.<\/p>\n
Provide leadership and direction to faculty and staff to ensure academic programs are operating efficiently and effectively.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with academic deans and other university leaders to create and maintain an innovative and rigorous academic curriculum.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess academic program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements as needed.<\/p>\n
Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff within academic programs.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of student success and academic excellence by promoting engagement and support services for students.<\/p>\n
Manage budget and resources for academic programs, ensuring responsible and effective use of university funds.<\/p>\n
Represent the university and its academic programs to external stakeholders, including government agencies, accrediting bodies, and community partners.<\/p>\n
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in higher education to continually improve and enhance academic programs.<\/p>\n
Serve as a role model for the university’s core values and promote a diverse and inclusive environment within academic programs.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Higher Education Administration, Preferably In A Leadership Role.<\/p>\n

A Master’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Or Organizational Leadership.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Demonstrated Experience In Strategic Planning, Budget Management, And Resource Allocation.<\/p>\n
