Conduct surveillance of store premises to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze security footage to identify suspicious or criminal activity.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement strategies for preventing loss and maintaining a safe environment.<\/p>\n
Respond to and investigate any potential security incidents, including interviewing witnesses and reviewing evidence.<\/p>\n
Report any security incidents or violations to store management and local law enforcement as needed.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and investigations.<\/p>\n
Assist with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring all security measures are in place.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits of store inventory and cash handling procedures to identify potential areas of risk.<\/p>\n
Train and educate store team members on security protocols and procedures.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any security concerns or issues with sensitivity and professionalism.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all security-related matters.<\/p>\n
Stay informed and up-to-date on industry best practices and new security technologies.<\/p>\n
Act as a role model for other team members by demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to company values.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.<\/p>\n
